I returned one of there marcerators over 2 weeks ago . it was delivered on the 11th of April a I enclosed my name address delivery number and reason for return, as you requested wen I phoned to find out how to return my item.
I have been trying for days to get through on the phone as I still have not received my money. I finaly got through to some one today . He said he would look into it and call me back within half an hour. An hour and a half later I had to call back. I was still told his looking into it. When I said this is not good enough when will I receive my refund its taken so ling he then said the returns would’ve been sorted wednessday and I’d have to wait another 5 working days? On the previous phone call he said refunds were sorted in a week. This will be nearly 3weeks . You call and no one answers.
